Refund policy

Short version: all sales are final, because you receive the complete product the moment you pay. Evaluate with the free sample first.

Why sales are final

MarketParquet sells downloadable data. The full archive is unlocked immediately after checkout, and once downloaded it cannot be returned. A refund after delivery would effectively make the data free, so -- like most digital-data vendors -- we do not offer refunds on completed purchases, including the one-time archive and Keep Current renewal periods that have already started.

To make sure you are never buying blind, every account gets a free sample of recent daily bars in the exact same format, schema, and quality as the paid archive. Please check it against your tooling before purchasing. The methodology page documents exactly how the data is built and adjusted.

What we will always make right

• Duplicate charges or billing errors -- refunded in full, no questions.
• Charged but access not delivered -- we fix the entitlement or refund you.
• Keep Current cancellation -- cancel anytime from the billing page; you will not be charged again, and you keep everything already downloaded.
